You’ll find something different here in comparison to other Xmas sites. We gave up to use the standard picture stuff and created something new and more individual. You may have to accustom yourself to this kind of Xmas art, first. We understand that for a lot of people the new 3D worlds are still strange things. But, there’s a lot of capability in it, to become creative. So, we started to experiment with it and the first results can be found at this site.
Copyright
We invested a lot of time to present this kind of artwork. Although, this offer is free this doesn’t mean that the artwork is not copyrighted. The most countries in the world are already bounded by contract to international copyright laws. There’s a likelihood that you are, too ;-). So, please, don’t misuse this offer.
Usage
Non-commercial use only. If you think about using our artwork you’re allowed to do so as long as you do this for private use.
Commercial use means every action our artwork is used for to create money (for you or the host you use to publish your stuff). So, if Google Adsense, e.g. is used in the browser window in parallel this is already commercial use.
We allow to use the creations even in your public presentations, like your homepage, video creations, and the like. But, only if you keep our work unchanged. There’s one exception for images: You’re allowed to resize, but not to crop, as long as the texts, especially our URL, can still be read by your grandmother ;-).
You’ve to use copies of our artwork and host these yourself. It is not allowed to link to single files in our homepages. Basically, it is not allowed to use our artwork to create something that competes with our offers. The portion of our artwork is limited to one third of your offer.
The Applications
You’re also allowed to share all kind of applications (jigsaws, screensavers, etc.) that are part of our offer. But, the sharing has to be cost-free. Commercial use, like defined above, is also not allowed. You’re not allowed to change the original files, bundle these with other software products or let them be part of cost-free marketing stuff for other products.
